  • 50% to book your date and 50% 30 days before your big day!

  • There is a 3% processing fee for credit cards. There are no fees for checks made out to R&Y Events LLC or through ACH.

  • Event insurance is required and typically costs up to $200.

  • A $700 security deposit is held for up to 48 hrs for your event date.
