In-house AV equipment is designed for straightforward AV needs, including meetings, presentations, panels, speeches, and background music.
Equipment is pre-tested and ready for use.
We ask that you designate an on-site AV contact from your team or vendor team that will run the AV.
Depending on your guest count and production needs, we may also recommend working with a DJ or professional AV company for additional support.

Our wall-mounted projectors display directly onto the venue’s white walls and are ideal for presentations, videos, and other visual content.

• One laptop can display the same content on both projectors*

• HDMI connectors are included
• An HDMI extender is included when the laptop needs to be positioned at the front of the room

Our Main Gallery offers up to 40 ground-level outlets throughout the space, with additional dedicated power connections available for approved food trucks and specialty equipment.
If you’re bringing AV or equipment with specific power requirements, please share them with us in advance so we can confirm compatibility.
Stage & Platform
Our modular staging can be configured for speakers, panels, presentations, performances, and other event formats.
