A 6-hour wedding celebration designed for couples hosting their ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing at The Factory.
Your venue investment includes the space, built-in amenities, furniture, wedding coordination, ceremony rehearsal, event-day management, and professional cleaning described above.
No venue gratuity.
No venue service fee.
No food or beverage minimums.
Event/liquor liability insurance is required. Credit-card processing fees apply when paying by card. Select holiday and premium dates may carry additional pricing.

Ceremony + Reception weddings currently range from $8,300 to $10,400, depending on the season and day of the week.
The venue investment includes six hours of celebration time, multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces, furniture, built-in lighting and draping, wedding coordination, ceremony rehearsal, event-day management, decor support, and professional cleaning.

Your Ceremony + Reception collection includes access to The Venues at The Factory's indoor and outdoor event spaces, tables, chairs, curated furniture, bistro lighting, adjustable draping, built-in bars, planning support, floor-plan creation, timeline support, vendor communication, final-details planning, ceremony rehearsal, decor placement, event-day management, and professional cleaning.
Optional experiences such as projectors, photobooth experiences, table numbers, decor packages, games, fire-pit experiences, and additional hours are available separately.

Couples may choose an appropriately licensed and insured catering partner that fits their food preferences, culture, style, and budget.
The Factory does not have a food minimum or require couples to purchase a venue catering package.

Support includes planning communication, custom floor plans, timeline support, vendor communication, a final-details meeting, ceremony rehearsal, decor placement, ceremony coordination, and event-day venue management.
Venue coordination is different from full-service wedding planning or design, and we're happy to help you determine whether you would benefit from an additional planner.
