Your venue investment includes access to our connected event spaces, curated furniture, signature design features, ceremony rehearsal, venue coordination, event-day management, and professional cleaning.
No venue gratuity. No venue service fees. No food or beverage minimums.
Event and applicable liquor liability insurance are required. Credit-card processing fees apply when paying by card. Select holiday and premium dates may have additional pricing.

Your Ceremony + Reception collection includes access to The Venues at The Factory's indoor and outdoor event spaces, tables, chairs, curated furniture, bistro lighting, adjustable draping, built-in bars, planning support, floor-plan creation, timeline support, vendor communication, final-details planning, ceremony rehearsal, decor placement, event-day management, and professional cleaning.
Optional experiences such as projectors, photobooth experiences, table numbers, decor packages, games, fire-pit experiences, and additional hours are available separately.

Couples may choose an appropriately licensed and insured catering partner that fits their food preferences, culture, style, and budget.
The Factory does not have a food minimum or require couples to purchase a venue catering package.

Venue coordination is different from full-service wedding planning or design, and we're happy to help you determine whether you would benefit from an additional planner.
