  • Upper Courtyard & Lower Terrace

    4,000 sq ft of urban outdoor space with fire pits, a built-in altar/stage, and bistro lights with cabling for draping. Designed for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and open-air mingling from golden hour through nightfall.

Your rental includes a curated collection of tables, chairs, bars, and soft seating. Our inventory is refreshed seasonally to ensure both comfort and style, reducing the need for additional rentals.

The Venues at The Factory is intentionally designed to support event designers and professional planners. Our flexible layouts, built-in ambiance, and vendor-friendly infrastructure allow creative teams to fully transform the space and deliver elevated, immersive experiences.

While planning support is always included, many couples and clients choose to work with an external planner or designer to further elevate their vision, streamline decision-making, and maximize creative potential.

We’re happy to collaborate closely with your planner or introduce you to trusted professionals who know the venue well.
