    We help you determine vendors that are the right fit for you and give you the freedom to book at a pace that feels right for you.

    Once you’ve chosen a vendor team we will help you determine the best layout and flow for the event.

    • Final Details Appointment: Finalize event details, floor plans, and timeline.

    • Point of Contact: Our team will maintain contact with your vendors after your final appointment to ensure each detail is executed.

    • On Site Team: Handles venue setup and breakdown including decor. Manages communication with vendors on the event day.

  • Choose your own food, catering company & licensed bartending, or use our preferred vendors.

    ALL VENDORS MUST BE LICENSED AND PROVIDE A COI.

  • Guest and Buffet tables, folding chairs, and soft seating arranged per your floor plan and selections.

  • Bistro lights, drapes, and plants for a warm, inviting atmosphere.

    • Caterer's Prep Area: Equipped with sinks, power outlets, and tables.

    • Food Truck Power Hook-Ups: Convenient power access for smooth operation.

    • Garage Doors/Loading Dock: Easy access for loading/unloading equipment.

    • Parking: Adequate space for attendees and vendors.

    • Vendor Storage Area: Designated storage space for vendor equipment.
