Sample Timeline First Look with Ceremony and Reception On Site

This timeline reflects a 2pm contract start and 4pm event start time.

9:00am – Hair & Makeup Begin

12:15–12:45pm – Hair & Makeup Finishing Touches / Getting Ready Photos

1:30–2:00pm – First Look & Couple Portraits

Contract Start Time: 2:00 PM

2:00pm – Decor Setup & Vendor Arrival: Catering/Bar/Florals etc.

2:00pm - Cake Arrival

2:00–2:30pm – Immediate Family & Wedding Party Photos

2:30–3:15pm – Final Touches on Setup / Couple Touch-Up Time

4:00pm – Guest Arrival

4:30pm -5:00pm– Ceremony

5:00–6:00pm – Cocktail Hour (photographer can also grab detail shots or quick couple photos)

5:55pm – Guests Seated

6:00pm – Wedding Party Introductions

6:05pm – First Dance

6:10pm – Speeches

6:30–7:30pm – Dinner Service + Toasts sprinkled between courses

7:15pm – Dance Floor Opens!

7:30pm – Late Night Snacks Served

9:00pm – Group Photo on the Dance Floor

9:30pm – Bar Closes / Water Station Set Out / Cleanup Begins

9:55pm – Final Dance

10:00pm – Guests Exit

11:00pm - Event Departure: All items must be packed and cleared at this time
