Parking Attendant (Event Support Team)
Pay: $25 per hour
Location: The Venues at The Factory – Manchester, NH
We provide: Safety vest, flag, walkie-talkie, training, hot coffee/hot chocolate, and snacks
Our Parking Attendants play a crucial role in creating a smooth, friendly, and safe arrival experience for our guests. You’re the first face people see, the calm guide in the lot, and an important part of our event flow.

What You’ll Do
Assess Venue Parking
Monitor all parking areas during your shift
Ensure parking spaces are used only by Venue guests
Reserve Spaces
Place cones on Venue-designated spots and woodline areas
Prevent unauthorized parking with a friendly, proactive presence
Assist Approved Vehicles
Move cones to allow approved guests, vendors, and staff to park
Ensure VIPs and scheduled vendors can easily access their spaces
Visibility & Safety
Wear a provided safety vest and always use a flag
Maintain visibility for both guests and drivers
Overflow Parking Management
Place Overflow Parking signs when primary lots are full
Direct vehicles efficiently to designated overflow areas
Guest Direction
Politely and clearly guide drivers to the correct parking zones
Help guests on foot by pointing them toward event entrances
Lot Maintenance
Conduct periodic rounds
Pick up trash, check for lost items, and keep the area guest-ready
Resident Relations
Serve as the first point of contact for residents who have parking concerns
Communicate calmly, professionally, and with care
Team Communication
Use a walkie-talkie to stay connected with the inside event team
Share updates on parking availability and guest flow
Notify the team when VIPs or important vendors arrive

December 13 – 12:30pm to 3:30pm (two shifts available)
December 29 – 3:00pm to 4:00pm (option to stay until 6:00pm for extra hours) – One person needed
